If you want actual advice its to have real life friends and hobbies where you interact with people in real life. Thats it literally just meet people and accept not everyone wants to be with you but having them as friends exponentially increases your chances of meeting and hence maybe dating people.

It's funny but I thought as a 23 or so yo KV that I could start on the path of sex and relationships any time I wanted and that all guys got gfs, free love and all that. We had the sex revolution in the 70s after all
