My 20s were spent friendless and single working a terrible, laborious graveyard shift job. 29 to now I went to a r9k meetup and made my now roommates/lifelong friends. Being 30 has been great for me. Obviously youth is good and anyone that argues against that is a retard. There's a good middle ground where you have both the time and the means to enjoy your life along with whatever youthfulness you have left in the tank to do it. Just live your life the way it makes sense to you without measuring it with someone elses yardstick.
