Firstly I did have some gut problem (nothing serious) but I went on a diet just for the sake of feeling better (again mostly healthly, low calories stuff like chicken with rice) for 5 months. I still ate slop from time to time.
Second? Swimming. I started from 1km 2-3 times a week to 1,5km 2-3 times a week, 4-5 months per year.
Also try no to eat like a slob after 20/22.
After some time youll see improvements.
