you need to do cardio everyday
you can weightlift everyday but if you nothing else then you wont get rid of your gamer tummy

eating less and doing stuff like cardio burns fat, weightlifting builds muscle

Average testosterone level has gone through the floor, they just keep changing the reference range so nobody is raising alarm. You can either roid, roid-lite with sarms, or take your snake oil with a cold shower and nofap. Hopefully if we ever get a gf she won't make us sit to pee. There's also the other way. Modern men are already halfway women. Many will consider the risks and benefits and determine being a man just isn't worth the trouble. In some ways being an ugly hon is better than being an ugly man.
No matter which choice you take the result is the same; we're all fucked and society is going to hell in a handbasket. There ain't no coming back from this. The frogs have been turned gay, your balls are full of microplastics, and mrna vaccine gene therapy is sexually heritable. That's unlikely to be a big concern though, as the gene therapy was administered to lower fertility and cause miscarriages.

I was kindda skinny/fat and there were two things that inproved my bmi from 23+ to 19.
Firstly I did have some gut problem (nothing serious) but I went on a diet just for the sake of feeling better (again mostly healthly, low calories stuff like chicken with rice) for 5 months. I still ate slop from time to time.
Second? Swimming. I started from 1km 2-3 times a week to 1,5km 2-3 times a week, 4-5 months per year.
Also try no to eat like a slob after 20/22.
After some time youll see improvements.

cut down weight and train hard
you'll go down in weight = lower bodyfat
at some point when you are a skinny skeleton start increasing what you eat a bit.

What i do in this situation is 1500ccl diet 2000 if I do cardio, 2,5 hours cardio a week, and calisthenics. Works pretty gud
