Elementary school. A table full of girls was playing that "would you kiss so and so" game they like to play. I was used as the grossout example, the disgusting unkissable creature.

The moment I interacted with other kids and learned what their families were like. Both of my parents are NEETs. I've NEVER met another person who grew up under such circumstances.

If you mean self-awareness, it was during a tag game in middle school, when a girl reacted to me with confrontation, but to someone else with a smile. We were both friends with her.
That's when I realized that people don't just respond to events, they respond to their own internal narratives. Perception isn't shared; it's inferred, and it's different for everyone.

I think I realized shit was different when I was 10 or 11? Teachers just thought I was a bad ass kid when in reality there was actually something wrong with me up there. I am severely mentally ill. Props to my mom for noticing and telling me shit instead of just letting me stay a retard or whatever and fuck up my life.
