Nietzsche hated stoicism. And he was correct. Stoicism is retarded, and used by incels to make themselves believe they are tuff.
In reality, most stoics are fake weasels trying their hardest to not wallow in self pity by worshipping their own struggle and their cynicism.
Crying isn't bad, it's not wrong to be overcome by emotion, specially when you are faced with something overwhelming. What is wrong is to let those emotions guide your decisions and blind you. Or let yourself fall into the temptation of those emotions.
You should cry about things you are passionate about. You shouldn't have a tantrum. These things are not the same.
