cherries are biggest bait, some other day i ate some wild one from the tree and they have triggered my ibs (presumably from the sorbitol)
but sweet things and things that have solauble fiber tend to trigger the immune system because some bacteria or shit in your intestines makes you go haywire through it's metabolites
