i just, start saying the first thing that pops up in my head without thinking about it, I end up saying a lot of stuff that's just awkward or not funny, I never say mean stuff though.

you can do it if you just try including your friend more and asking them questions
I admit its hard to talk to someone who pours out their thoughts without pause but only because I dont feel included and stimulated enough in the conversation and I want to ask them questions but they said so much I cant even remember it all
thats one thing making it hard to make friends from here but otherwise I would love to have one friend
