Depends on country and individual, but generally Asian countries have a lesser quality of life than European ones.

And for the dating aspect, its quite bad, though not because of race. Culture in dating / marrying in Asia is exhausting and expensive, where its far more material.

I think you meant to do this as a "white is better", which isn't really true. Most Asian women would rather date in their own race, those who don't are by far the minority. Its just that that minority is a vocal one that draws a lot of attention.
