She could be an unemployed druggie, and she would view you as this amazing man coming to save her and give her a quality of life she thought she would never be able to attain. Statistically speaking, she would likely have a ton of sexual experience while you have none, and possibly even a child. You would need to fix her up a bit, but afterwards, you could marry her and have a child of your own.

You can work on changing your behavior, but you can't change your personality or get rid of personality disorders. I don't have such a disorder. Career is the most difficult, imo.

For body, you just lose fat and then learn how to do hypertrophy training, and just stay consistent. Once you start getting good, start taking steroids, and you can easily maintain simultaneously being really muscular and lean. You will not develop an IFBB Pro look or anything like that unless you have really good genetics, so you don't realistically have to worry about becoming "too muscular."

Improving mental health and personality is largely about modifying behavior, and this can take time and effort, but finding a way to earn much more money has got to be one of the least straight forward things for most people and will take the most amount of effort and will power. Meanwhile, tons of people (as in more than 1%, possibly top 5% or more) are essentially born with millions of dollars, so they don't even have to sweat about figuring out how the fuck to get to a point they're making $100,000+.
