No it doesn't. I will very much dumb down diffusion models but here's the (technically incorrect) gist.
>normal (clothed) images of children so it learns proportions
>naked adults so it learns what a body looks like
If you do something like that alone, you get weird non children things because the chest isn't flat, they have hips, etc.
But you can then just add qualifiers like "small waist", "small breasts" or even "flat breasts", and it does it well enough.
You don't even actually need images of children at all, all you need to do is scale down adults. A sample prompt may look like this:
1 man, 1 woman, size difference, larger male, smaller female, flat chest,
etc. No need to prompt accurately for an example here.

>and how do you know thats the effect that your actions will have?
People are sharing AI created images of all kinds right now because it's the new thing and some others are making money off it, but most people who use it to fap generate their own images and don't actually share it.

>the implication is if you see child porn you will try to act it out in real life.
Literally every single study shown on this shows the exact opposite claim.
There's nothing special about child porn in relation to other types of porn. Rape porn is legal to own, buy, share, despite being illegal to do obviously, yet rape stats dropped with the advent of pornography.
>but what if
Your fear is paranoia and not based in reality.
Realize your position is no different then the parents in the 90s fretting over whether violent video games were making their kids violent.
