Canada is a mess right now, officially holohoax denial is illegal but in practice they're not able to enforce very much; Israel is very unpopular among most people, except the pajeets, who love Israel because they hate Islam. Most Canadians dislike jews. Most westerners dislike jews, for that matter. But western governments are thoroughly subverted, and work against the interests of their people.

Libertiarianism is mostly about economic principles and what works well; monarchism is about the authority structure. But, it's important to note, libertarians believe in small government, and for most of history, monarchies had very small governments, which took in very little taxes and did very little compared to modern leviathan states. So they already naturally mostly go hand in hand.
And when you have a democracy, the masses will tend to gradually vote for more and more state handouts, which requires a growth in the state to administer the handouts, and more taxes, which makes people poorer, so they vote for more handouts, the leviathan state grows, etc. Democracy is incompatible with libertarianism in the long run.
