And that's what I always tell people to do: focus on your nutrition and fitness first. These procedures are for people who done both but have some extra fat in stubborn that won't go away from a certain area that have been stubborn. You still have to eat a healthy afterwords or the fat cells will still grow. They're for "sculpting" hence their names.
