Why do women say men like this "look like rapists" but then they ignore the real rapists/abusers?

Nobody is going to call him a rapist, maybe a child molester or creepy but women wouldn't find him threatening or masculine enough to be an actual rapist.

They actually don't ignore rapists/abusers. They actively shorten their prison sentences and give them government handouts.

His narrow frame, horse face, lack of any muscles, etc won't make him threatening to women. They might call him a creep or any other thing but he wouldn't register as a rape threat. Ugly but buff or bigger boned guys are the most threatening to them.

To a woman, a rapist is someone who they don't want to have sex.
An attractive guy is a maybe he reveals his behavior, then he gets shifted into yes or no territory. An ugly guy is a hard no.
That's why ugly guys should swallow their pride and ask women out anyway. They get the satisfaction of violating them mentally without having to actually touch them.
