Birthrates are directly proportional to women's education and freedoms. Women are actually statistically happier and more satisfied without these things, but once they have education and freedom they would literally rather suicide the entire human race than go without them.
That's not an exaggeration by the way. If a woman is directly confronted with this dichotomy, most of them will outright declare that they would rather the entire human species go extinct than they be forced to live a life that statistically they would be happier living. This is why literally every society before ours did not give these things to women. Women would have you believe that it was just men wanting to maintain their own power but this is just projection, as men do not have an in-group bias like women do. Its literally a matter of survival. Any society that gives women freedom and education collapses within a few generations.
