Not OP, but that doesn't work. Attempting it you'll find people will pretend to care about you and abandon you. Which makes the loneliness worse. You can try to drown it with alcohol, but loneliness can swim and the excess liquid just will come out of your eyes

They weren't born fundamentally broken. People can sense when you're different and weird. When you're strange people will assume the absolute worst about you and your intentions. It doesn't matter what you do to prove them wrong, they have this uncomfortable feeling about you. That feeling remains in the back of their head no matter how much they try to supress it, and the people around them will notice it too and feel the same. Eventually they will ostracize you, be passive-aggressive towards you, or utilize reactive abuse to try and get you to react poorly so that you live up to the negative assumptions they hold about you. If they know something makes you mad or hurts you badly then they will do that so they can use your reaction as the justification why they were right you were bad.

They will then share this reaction you had ---sans context--- to all their friends who also felt you were 'off.' Everyone will immediately agree with it too, because they sensed those "weird vibes" and it justifies that nagging feeling. Those people in turn will then all yes man each other, and talk about how awful you are and how great it is that person who made you react is rid of you.

Consequences like not being able to get fast enough medical attention, and coping mechanisms massively shave off your life. But it also puts your body under chronic stress which shortens your life and makes various illnesses worse.
