This isn't it either because that's hard physical labor

only women have the destitution of spirit to be a walmart cashier for eternity. they either got divorced and had to get a job to live for the first time ever, or the only thing they have ever had is minimum waging and they have no initiative, etc. men will
>get a real job that isn't retail cashier
>if they stick with retail, they move up to at least some kind of low-mid store management like "deli supervisor" type shit
if they are on the lifelong destitution path, they just die of alcoholism, become homeless altogether, wind up in jail, etc. those populations skew HEAVILY male and it's the same type of person who would be an "old lady cashier" if they were female.

I think men more commonly have a desire to become someyhing greater.
So they either get a higher paying job and start businesses and such.
Or they fail and give up, they feel like there's too much shame in staying just a cashier.
