I like my new Apple Watch but I'm still in a honeymoon phase with it. Anyone else use a smart watch? What do you use it for?

You should return it and get a real watch. How much did that ugly piece of shit cost you anyways?

I grinned when I saw some idiot happy to pay "contactless" and not work. Glad I don't like putting anything on my wrist

Honestly? Return this jeet trash and buy a real watch. The GWM5610 is the only timepiece I'll ever own.

but all it does is tell the time. If I'm going to wear something on my wrist all day it had better do more than display the time.

This would be more damaging if the OP didn't buy an iToddler omnitrix

Damn near perfect watch, anon.

>The development of quantum mechanics, the launch of Apollo 11, the invention of the transistor, and the construction of the internet, all achieved by people who wore wristwatches that only told the time
Do you really need more, anon?

we advance by standing on the shoulders of giants. we use the tools their innovations allowed for the creation of, not the tools they were limited by.

My doctor uses one to sign prescriptions over the internet
I don't have one because... why would I need something that is less useful than my phone?
Anonymous No.81751832 >>81751913

Mostly the important part for me is the fitness and sleep tracking, which my phone simply can't do. besides that, its nice to be able to use apple maps, siri, see notifications, respond to messages, make reminders etc. without pulling out the phone.

I wouldn't trade my CA-53W-1 for the latest most craziest, insane and modern smartwatch.
Those are straight junk. Look horrible and aren't even that useful, like, you carry your phone around at all times anyway...

i'm far from responsible but I gotta at least know if someone needs me for something so that I can strategically do as little work as possible without it being obvious that I'm not even at my computer.

yeah. I mean I wouldnt get it just for teams notifications but it is a nice plus. I decided since I don't do shit at work I may as well improve myself like an RPG character so I started going to the gym during work hours and thats mainly what the watch is for

I did consider the ultra 2 but was concerned about the weight being an issue while exercising and sleeping. If the ultra 3, which should be unveiled in September, is lighter I might buy it.

once it passes you will use it solely to tell time, trust me, I used to be really into these things but i've grown out it. soon, you will find charging it every night extremely annoying. get a real watch, a vintage seiko is real fun :)
