I am trying my best to do some study, I have been working out and eating healthy, and I have been doing my best to be efficient and productive at work. Hopefully if I study hard I can complete a personal project of mine that will be very helpful (Its a secret though)

You're doing better than most. I will say try to be interesting, that gets you farther than many things. I've gotten laid more by just making a girl listen to me ramble about my interests on dates than I have trying to game the system so to speak. If you present as an interesting person, you'll catch a lot of attention.

It's not about masturbating or not, it's about your mindset towards women.

Being virtuous doesn't necessarily translate to finding a partner, or having characteristics that would attract partners. Find hobbies and things that interest you; I think that confidence and the ability to show passion towards things are attractive. God can't do ALL the work for you!
