I had put myself into that state by reading philosophies like Stoicism, Buddhism and general pop psychology that advocates for detachement. I had to drop all that and instead I started reading Nietzsche and taking more risks. I also changed the music I listen to, the movies I watch etc. Just get a bit more pep into my life.
But I'm not gonna lie, this also means experiencing more pain.

You can also listed to essentialsalts on YouTube. He has a very good Nietzsche podcast, miles above the regular philosophy slop on YouTube.
