Huh I'm in the same situation, I thought maybe there was a fuckup because usually insurance either pays all of it for me or like 90% of the cost. And it would make sense, because when I went in for my appointment, everyone was super rude to me, and the person who was SUPPOSED to be cleaning my teeth half assed it. Polished a few of my teeth on the top and scraped at a few at the bottom and then called it a day.
Sucks to be them though, I'm unemployed and don't have 400 dollars to drop. If I knew I was going to be paying that much, I would never have went to the appointment.
