Also he cleared a malfunction in his gun and shot the burgler in the arm in under 2 seconds literally 1 second before being executed, all while on the ground and whilest turning around. Kyle is a good shot, but that was a literal impossible shot.

The fact he was arrested shows that America is a horrible country. Having a legal system like ours causes infinitely more problems than it solves. At least cops get killed sometimes. It's ultimately meaningless and nothing changes, but I like to think there was pain and suffering for at least a moment before the dead cop woke up in hell.
Kyle most definitely was under some kind of divine protection, surviving not only the night he was attacked by the evil horde but also the followup attack from the evil justice system.
