>>81765644Politically motivated crimes have been on a constant rise since 2001, what are you even saying. They more than doubled in germany.
America doesn't track crimes with political motivation, but racial perceptions have been steadily getting worse (white-black from 72% in 2001-13 to 44% in 2022) and political shifting towards extremes along with sharp distrust for the opposing group have also risen (1st went from 39% moderates in 1994 to 27% in 2017 ans the 2nd one went from 17% dislike in 1994 to 55% in 2020, if you look at pew research).
Groupthink extremism and political divide go hand in hand, so I don't know why you even disagree with me.
2.
He's not lamenting about not having a subculture to fit into, he's lamenting about the lack of cohesive culture across the board. You don't have to argue in bad faith and pretend like millions of others of all ages feel that culture in general along with their subcultures have been diluted through capitalism and its' naturally fast pace to maximize attention.
And who are you to decide what his life should be about? I'm not saying that relationships aren't important and fulfilling to many, but they don't hold the same value for everyone.
Many essential or culturally significant things we have today wouldn't be here if people focused more on their relationships instead of their work and contributions towards their fields (nietzsche, kafka, kant, wittgenstein, schopenhauer, newton, tesla, curie, bach, beethoven, einstein and many more). Not to say everyone will create greatness, but some people simply value pursuit and art more than their social life.
3. I clarified my age range because you used the term boomermaxxer, retard.
Again, you're misrepresenting the point. He had plenty of social media and social activities of that time in the upper third of the picture, you just boil it down to consumerism for convenience's sake.
I don't have more space to argue, but you'll figure the rest out.
