Fair. That's a lot of people. It's not bad just don't trifle with them take your prescribed dose do not go cold turkey long-term though I think it would be a good idea to ask your doc about slowly weaning off of it. Do not drink with benzos you will instantly die and also...my gf tried to kill herself like 7 times using benzos + alcohol + tylenol if you have BPD or are suicidal its really unsafe to have...its like suicidal people having a loaded gun in their house.

Brother you need to see a real doctor and get diagnosed.

Your either have type 1 (genetic, can't do shit about it) that needs to be treated or you're cutting your life short.

Or you have a thyroid problem.

The only pill I have to take is vitamin D because apparently living like a vampire that avoids the sun means your vitamin D goes to the floor. But ive gotten back to normal with those.

Vitamin D doesn't help the most important part: thyroid issues. You can look up how midnight shifters have a way higher rate of developing hypothryoidism, which pretty much wrecks your entire body unless you get on a thyroid medication like levethyroxine.

No. US. They're blister packs which were put in a bottle (top right is the bottle.) I only get prescribed 15 at a time. When I run out, that's when my psych will refill it. I rarely have panic attacks anymore so it's rare that I take it. This was prescribed September last year.

You take it daily? I worry about the tolerance build from it. I don't even take my Adderall constantly for that reason unless I need to focus on a task like at work, cleaning the home, or wanting to read a book. Fuck I hate ADHD.

>Benzos
Everyone looks at the train wrecks that follow benzo use. What they don't consider is the possibility it wasn't the benzos that did the real damage, but instead the underlying condition that led to the benzo use.

You maybe developing a tolerance if you feel like it's not working. Or maybe it's working so well you don't notice it working. It wouldn't hurt to ask whoever is prescribing it to you about it. To me, it doesn't hurt if you are taking it as prescribed and it's still helping. One of my parents just got prescribed Primidone and is worried about it. They are taking it as prescribed and isn't having any issues with it, so I don't see the reason why they are really hung up about it.

Anyways, break is over. I hate wagecucking. Maybe I wouldn't need as many meds if I didn't have to.
