How much do you weigh at 5'3, little guy? At that height your only options are to be shredded like a bodybuilder or be skinny like a twink.

My parents were middle or high school dropouts and they have no knowledge of nutrition whatsoever. They hate eating all meat products and most the food they eat just revolves around "junk" calories like noodles, fruits, or vegetables.

While these foods can be good, they're not nutrient dense. My parents only eat foods that are filling and I'm 99% sure this is the reason why my height is so stunted
