same i'm 25 and just started my first job training ever, i'm scared af of entering the job market when it's done in a year. i never wrote a CV or ever applied for a job, and i don't have any friends or stuff to ask for help either...

I used to deal with this. Around the same age too.
The key is to not think about EVERYTHING you need to do.
Think about one thing you need to do, and do that. Then do the next one. Then the next.
This will prevent you from getting overwhelmed and burning out.
And before you know it you'll have taken so many steps you're a mile from where you started.
