Being involved in politics, like actually being involved, is incredibly boring. It involves a lot of boring meetings and campaigning to affect local community issues. Things like taxes and roads.

I used to watch it because left wing YouTube was new and exciting and their views interested high school me.
I stopped because I started noticing a lot of little things that were misrepresented for the sake of convince to the argument.
Now it all just feels like a long winded stream of consciousness. I'm not learning anything besides this person needs to have a hot take on politics every few months and got nothing.
