Grab a blank sheet of paper (lined or unlined) and write down "Things I Have Done of Which I Am Reasonably Proud". Write down everything you have ever accomplished, said, done, engaged with in your entire life, from birth through right now, and post it. I GUARANTEE you will run out of space on the page before you finish.
For me, it's
>Loved and been loved by my family and friends (write them all out by name)
>Been a quality friend of good character
>Helped rescue several animals and provide them a loving home
>Helped make fond childhood memories as a camp counselor
>Graduated from high school
>Graduated from college
>Maintained good to excellent grades and good academic standing
>Have always retained employment since becoming of legal age to work
>Maintained full-time work hours while attending school full-time
>Purchased a home at age 22 with no parental guidance
>Married at age 22 and have maintained this marriage through today
>Award winning in my field
>Maintain full-time career employment while being an elected union leader of my local
