You know, I'm dealing with something like this. Last summer I met this girl I really like. She's very anxious avoidant and has ghosted me for varying lengths of time. Relatively recently she messaged me again but ended up ghosting me again right after. I suspect this is because I didn't reply immediately and she now probably feels like you do. I wish she knew that she has nothing to worry about.

Moral of the story is that the longer you wait the harder it'll be to check Discord and realistically there's probably nothing to be nervous about. It's just your anxiety.

Funnily enough I'm also anxious avoidant and am currently struggling to check my uni grades. I'm completely crippled by my anxiety and can't do anything until I manage to check my grades. The longer I wait the more I harm myself.
