Started the 16:8 fasting today. I'm like 145 lb but I already feel obese. Beauty standards really fucked up my perception on everything.

its easier than you think but its not the cheat code people think it is if you can't or don't keep track of your eating during the 8 it won't make much of a difference

I like to think I eat pretty healthy rn. I guess I'll eat more greens and whole food while cutting out sugar and junks a lot

I don't follow the 16:8 but do take long breaks between meals and eat something small only when I'm hungry. Drink water when you feel the urge to eat.
