You can't get laid because you're not Chad. Chad does not have an exciting personality. People saying they need to work on themselves are coping, because that is not going to get them laid. Not saying you shouldn't work on yourself, but you need to accept you're not in the top 10% of men.

You didnt go through excessive trauma as an autistic kid and the trauma didnt force you to develop social skills
because what you described is just autism personality which most of us learn to work through due to trauma
