What're these hard things on my chest? I got them when I was 18, I'm 28 now.
Also, what're the discolored spots near my pit? They aren't on the other arm. They have no odor, skin itself is fine.

Very true. My uncles all had much larger bumps & lumps all across their bodies, I feel like I got off comparatively light.
I come from little means but I want to hold my life to a higher standard, that means taking care of my skin and fixing these issues.

Hard things look like keloid scars. The 2 round splotches on/near your armpit are a fungal infection.

If you can, get it checked out to give you peace of mind. Antifungal creams are usually prettty cheap.
Also look up skin fungus and notice how yours look like the circlish ones.

I have the same kind of shitty skin.
Now that you shaved, you made a bunch of "micro-cuts" and all the gunk on your skin is gonna get in there.
Tomorrow, you will wake up with a bunch of acne. And it will take months to go away.

Scrub and clean the area thoroughly when you shower.
And don't touch the area unnecessarily.

You see, male chests are not supposed to accumulate fat under the nipple area, that's what gyno looks like.
In your pic, you can clearly see that there's a "pouch" or curve under your nipple. Lose that weight, anon.

There is a chance that you don't develop further acne tomorrow. In that case, just stick to cleaning the area regularly when you shower. And don't shave too often.

Looks like scratching due to eczema or some other condition that causes inflammation. The discolored spots near your armpit look very much like a fungal infection.

Follow these instructions.

` Wash thoroughly with soap and water, soap and rinse at least twice and rub the soap into the skin so the skin enters hair follicles and fissures in the skin.

` apply moisturizer to the eczema

` do not apply moisturizer on the fungus

` buy some nonalcoholic mouthwash containing cetylpyridinium chloride and apply that to the fungus

` If your skin itches, get a cloth and douse it in cold water, then pour a few drops of hot water from the kettle onto the cloth, then carefully put the cloth onto the affected area then pull it away quickly. The heat will cause a small amount of pain which instantly cancels the itching sensation and releases antihistamines. Obviously don't pour hot water directly onto your skin, if you do that it's not on me.
