Why god creates terrible diseases(e.g. dementia) is beyond me. Natural sin is not a sufficient excuse. We should not be punished for the same mistake adam and eve did 6000 years ago. We should not be born in sin as it has nothing to do with our free will. All the fault is ultimately upon the designer who created these terrible things to begin with.
