The better question is why are most surgeries to make ugly people not ugly cosmetic and not covered, but surgeries to make someone look like a girl covered and are considered essential? People claim psychological distress, or to not enable people with BDD. But extreme genuine ugliness would cause tremendous psychological distress.

I dont like trannies at all, but i dont want them to all die so i guess i don't care, since there aren't enough of them to be a drain on the medical system. Fat people with diabetes definitely are a lot more.
