1) games get boring, you want to just get it over with as fast as you can so you can do anything else, such as the other parts of your job which includes editing and publishing and those take up so much time that if you want to have a regular schedule of videos you have to get over the recording part ASAP
2) people have short attention spans and longer videos do not have as much viewer retention, so you have to complete games as fast as possible so you can make fast paced videos that actually hold the viewer's attention without them quitting halfway through, this has resulted in videos getting shorter and shorter and extremely fast paced, showing you blazing through a game at mach speed so people don't get distracted by tiktok, its as much brain stimulation as possible in a short amount of time so people don't get bored
