Because men are willing to settle for any woman. Women get to have "standards" for men. Whereas, in the rare instance that a man actually has standards, he's just called entitled and is suspected for being a rapist.

It fundamentally comes down to that women have more value sexually and have a lower labido. It wouldn't be a problem that women preferred chads if they also felt the same way about normal men that men feel about normal women. Women being more valuable and wanting less sex means hordes of men lusting after them. This didn't used to be a problem before when we had small isolated towns and men still had value sexually since women would see such men every day, and there would be a more equal(or even in some cases skewed toward the man) balance of power.

My favorite solution to this, which is currently occurring, is the gradual rise of socially accepted faggotry and resentment toward women for harassing men who they deem as entitled for their gender.
