Do you speak in a weird way, or normal? Would you think much of it if someone spoke with an affectation that isn't naturally from anything or a particular region? Or if someone had an irregular voice in general? Why not be memorable, it works for celebrities. I think it can help you stand out but also can raise an eyebrow

i have a massive blockage in my throat anytime i get anxious (any time i talk to another human being) so a lot of times it comes up weird or high pitched or my intonation is off because i'm so out of practice for not talking to people for months on end. i've tried to introduce some older sounds that have almost died out in my native language but i don't usually speak them in public because people will think i'm retarded lol
