I still remember when the user base was made of funny insightful people who posted original content daily. These days every thread and every board is either politics or conplaining about women.

It wasn't the peak, but it was a cliff. The board dropped in quality shortly after and continued to indefinitely, along with the rest of the website.

It was right between Elliot Rodgers and Trump 2016. I started coming in here because Rodgers and then in 2015 came a great wave of normalfags trying to understand why an anonymous board was pushing to get Trump elected.
