maybe he just sees you as an individual and not as a representative of all black people. I'm very racist but if I'm friends with someone it's not fair to bring their race into everything (and if I do it'll be in a friendly way).

Were not that close but we talk during lunch and help each other out. He added me on snap and coincidentally he has same username on twitter which I came across. I dont mind per se but hes different from his online persona. To be frank he is nicest guy at work so was a shock to find out.

The mainstream conception of racism is that ANYONE who says something not unconditionally tolerant towards nonwhites is on the same level of evil as (if not even worse than) the KKK.
This is wrong. He's not. If he's willing to be your friend, he recognizes that you are a good person and worth being friends with. Writing a post hating on Karmelo Anthony for stabbing an innocent person or whatever thing he said that you are labeling as racist doesn't invalidate his view of you as an individual.

Coincidentally, I seriously dislike both groups.
But although I am capable of recognizing statistics and patterns, and am therefore more cautious when meeting blacks, mudslimes etc, I'm also able to recognize that not everyone is like that (although statistically, they are much much much more likely to be).
When I say "deport them all", I do feel sorry for the nice ones, but if the choice is between hurting one person but getting rid of 9 potential criminals, rapists and their enablers, or letting them all stay, it's an easy one.

If the boomers (and now millenials) present in administrative were able to recognize that the majority of these people are ill willed and not fit for western society, and tightened the tests and restrictions around that, we'd never have to worry about deportations and racism "levels" would be much lower

Not OP, but the undertone behind using "Well, he's one of the good ones. That's why he's alright with me." misses out on the other half of the thought process, which is "It's such a shame that he's a nigger.". This thought process makes it seem that he can crawl out of the hole that his brethren have made, but he's still a nigger, always will be a nigger, and his descendants will be niggers. And you know what niggers are? They're less than human, and it's by our benevolence, nay altruism that they remain on God's green earth. The rebuttal usually is that they're judging blacks by the content of his character, not by the color of their skin. And it just so happens to be that all the ones they're judging happen to be the same color. Sure, that's fine and well, but would reminding niggers that they're niggers eventually get people to embrace that they're niggers?
