Learning to draw your own body is meant to help. Really get a sense of ebery part of it. Sight is made up of the touch sense too. Putting awareness on the part of the part of your body that you draw helps, like tensing that area of your body, flexing and moving it around, then scribbling down the impressions you get quickly with minimal lines. You want to get the impressions down in as few lines as possible. This gives you solid foundational data. You should have many books filled with quick scribbles like this where certain lines pop out to you and seem aesthetically pleasing. You need lots of these intuitive realizations of beauty, which you are probably lacking
