Anything signed is worthless, she can always claim she didn't know what she was signing or you forced her into signing it. I don't think the right to child support can be waived like that anyway. And because of how stupid most people are with money, the vast majority of women don't have the cash lying around to sue people.
I have heard of cases where dudes got off without paying child support simply because the woman they have knocked up lacked the money to sue them. I've also heard of other cases where the woman didn't sue because the man basically subjected her to psychological torture and all sorts of threats, which scared her into not doing it.
