Nazism failed because it prioritzed race over culture and nationality. It also had no real moral framework and its ideals would change constantly depending on the situation. For example thinking the Slavs were subhuman but then making exceptions for Slovaks, Croatians, and Ukrainians because it would be inconvenient to kill 50% of the european population
