South asians aren't naturally fat by biology. They just have an insanely unhealthy diet of excessive carbs. Every indian basically eats rice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with curry that has loads of cream in it.
They also don't exercise and are very sedentary, so it leads to being skinnyfat.
