that's caused by overanalyzing, you're anxious and scared, your fight or flight response is overreacting. you're constantly looking for danger where there is none. your mind spins imagining scenarios that could happen. this is caused by severe anxiety or PTSD. I would suggest lexapro, it worked for me.
