I have the same problem as you OP, but I found a partial fix. After I drink alcohol, I also drink a lot of water. So if I drink beer, I then drink an almost equal amount of water, even if it means I puke. Most of the bad hangover symptoms are caused by dehydration from alcohol making you pee a lot. By drinking water, you replenish the body's water supply. It's not an 100% fix but it still means I mostly avoid headaches and only really have to deal with some tiredness and dizziness the morning after.
