anyone else with adhd and you feel like if you let your heart go under 100bpm for too long you'll end up killing yourself? i could tell my bpm was low because i started feeling depressed

no its just stimulants they raise my bpm to 100-115 thats normal
i need to stop using stimulants as depression medicine but i genuinely feel complete despair and misery if i'm off them. it's not addiction i was ready to kill myself before i got on adderall
