a black tranny got hired at my job. Everyone is calling him she and her. I still haven't seen them use the bathroom yet but I wonder which one he'll choose. Either way its gonna be awkward.

TRANNY MICRO-AGGRESSION GUIDE:
kill them with kindness. Treat them better than they would treat you.
use his pronouns when around him, but as soon as you are with your other coworkers use he/him unless someone corrects you, just keep doing this and adjust on a case by case basis. You will subtly shift others into also using he/him or at least also hesitating.

Also if you work in a job that needs and physical labor done, make sure to ask the tranny whenever possible, the more 'manly' the task the better. Positively reinforce the tranny when he does something male coded, and don't acknowledge anything feminine, trans people are obsessed with how other people view them, so if you pretend not to notice anything feminine about their appearance or mannerisms it will cut deeper than you think.
If they actually do/wear something that is manly give them a compliment. ex: "Hey thanks for the help lifting those boxes really appreciate it." "Nice jeans." etc etc.

Just be a pleasent and helpful person when around them, if they have crippling insecurity (most trannies do, but not all) they will seem shitty and unpleasant compared to you.
Maybe invite them to go to the gym with you or go camping.
If any other anons have any ideas feel free to share.

Oh yeah I've thought about trans ideology a lot because I find it so hurtful to people.

I'm in the boat where I believe that gender should not be tied to identity.
I'm completely fine with crossdressing, femboys, tomboys, drag, etc.
But as soon as you start calling yourself a different gender that is where I cross the line.
I think gender should be treated as purely a physical descriptor like height or eyecolor.
I'm not a TERF, but some weird third thing.

You can act and dress feminine and still be a man.
you can act and dress masculine and still be a female.
when you start claiming to be something you are not it ties your physical body into your identity and fucks you up with crippling insecurity.

Gender dysphoria is almost the same as anorexia and should be treated as such, people putting way too much emphasis on their physical form/presentation and tying to their identity and sense of self.

trannies are misguided. They want to escape harmful and dumb gender roles in society, but completely give into their insecurities instead of just learning not to give a fuck.

I can't imagine being so caught up in propaganda and culture wars that I couldn't even be comfortable at my low-wage job because a certain person works there.
