i found my first jew daycare job via nepotism, the second on instagram, and my current one on a local job search site. most of the current employees were hired similarly. i guess it can depend on your location, i know some big cities are difficult because there are thousands of people applying for the same job

I work in finance (back office) in one of the largest financial centers in the EU and everywhere is underpaid and understaffed (except hr and communication)

dont fall for these meme jobs, I currently work one and its cushty as fuck, turn up late and no one says anything, leave early on flexi time, 2 days wfh, line manager never bothers me, co workers never bother me, very nice building, 15 mins from me on foot, work is ridiculously easy and I can just fuck about on youtube BUT its so, so so so so so so fucking boring, its so mind numbingly boring to where it drives me up the wall, I get paid to do basically nothing with no actual targets or expectations because the work is so easy but by the afternoon im ready to smash my head through the monitor. I can take infinity breaks and just fuck about but theres only so many laps of the floor or wandering around the building I can do, fucking hate it. Actual work goes by fast but this shit is torturous.

Yeah, I have autism but was beautiful, so I got a pass. And when I worked in the office I did a lot of gaffs.

I once asked one of the senior directors if he was lost and had arrived for training that day. I usesld to do stupid things all the time and everyone would "oh anon you always do silly stuff lol".

I didn't find it funny, I almost cried. It's just he looked genuinely lost... I was trying to be helpful, i felt so stupid
