Yeah if you are the blonde guy, you look cute and could actually be like a 7/10. You just need to accept that some things need to change. I know about the autism thing you mentioned and that you like things objectively, but you objectively need a haircut. Its not just "messy" like you said. The glasses could use a change too.

They are not big, they just sit way too high and cover your eyebrows. I usually wear contacts, but when I do wear glasses they are not supposed to hide your eyebrows. It looks weird.

They have to sit at the top of my nose to be comfy, my nose is just close to my eyebrows. The only way to change that would be to get smaller glasses or round ones like the guy in your pic, but the guy in your pic is very attractive so everything would fit him.
