All of my teeth are in perfect shape except for the very back tooth in the upper left that's sensitive to cold and intermittently (a couple of times a year) is in pain for several days straight. Fuck this tooth I want a root canal to kill its nerves.

yeah what other anon said, you should also do an extended water fast for healing purposes and keep your saliva in a basic (non-acidic) state for a while to assist with repairs
