Therapy is completely worthless to men, because men don't "solve" (delay and compartmentalise) their problems by talking about them with a credentialed "professional". Men solve their problems via action, and when most men have problems because of the unbeatable, immutable characteristics of 21st century living, they cannot take action.
I have a therapist I talk to sometimes, and she's mostly worthless. Male therapists are too. Mostly, I am significantly smarter than they are (20-40 point IQ gap, depending) and I am able to rhetorically destroy them into more or less admitting that I am right about everything and that they have no solutions. This would be satisfying if it weren't so depressing. I am able to just counteract any pathetic "self-help" suggestion they have, either because I am already doing it (eating healthy, working a fulfilling job, socialising, working out, fucking regularly, cleaning my bedroom) or because it's myopic nonsense that only works on women (travel more, see the world, try meditation).
Therapy is a fucking scam for women and low-to-mid IQ normalfags who are upset because they couldn't buy the new shoes they wanted or can't get laid, it doesn't work when your worldview and experiences are simply incompatible with reality.
